Here are some exciting things happening in the MCFD that we want to bring you up to date on for your celebration and prayer.  District News     The Missionary Church Florida District has been adding a number of new Ethnic Churches over the past few months. We will be highlighting some of our new church plants over the next few months to introduce you and give you an overview of their ministry. This month we are highlighting Solid Rock Temple of Faith and their recent trip to Haiti.   Solid Rock Temple of Faith       Senior Pastor: Ulrick Beauplan Meets at: 724 Hasting St, Orlando, FL 32818   Included below is a letter from Pastor Ulrick to Bruce Linhart describing a recent mission trip to Haiti.   I would first like to say sorry for the delayed feedback about the trip to Haiti.  For we were coping with a loss in the family. My wife had recently lost her father who lived in Haiti.       All in all I can happily say that the trip was a success by the grace of God. From the moment we landed in Haiti we then truely understood the need of the people.     The mayor of Port-au-Prince, Gael Jean, welcomed us and provided us with escorts. Our mission start by visiting local orphanages, tent city and local churches. We were able to provide prostetic legs to those in need and encouragement.  We also found a local church that has donated it's space for the bible school.      Everyone who was a part of the trip was truely blessed and happy that they were able to serve  God's people and spread the gospel. Plans are already underway to start the Bible Intistute on September 23,2010 and school supplies and more prostectic limbs .   In Christ,   Rev. Ulrick Beauplan
