Students examine leadership principles from a Biblical basis and learn to apply those principles to specific local church situations so that they become adept at exercising active leadership. Administration is the stewardship of relationships- a leader's relationship with the people they shepherd, the financial and physical resources entrusted to them, and the laws of the community and culture in which they minister.
