World Partners Pentecost Offering

By now you should have received information on the World Partners Pentecost offering brochures. World Partners is inviting your church to participate on Pentecost Sunday, June 5. 

We at World Partners are committed to this disciple-making witness around the world by the power of the Holy Spirit unto God’s glorious renewal of all things. In fact, we regularly catch glimpses of the Holy Spirit moving in powerful Pentecost-like ways among the various disciple-making movements with which we are connected.

I wonder what glimpses of Pentecost you are seeing in your context.

Perhaps a Pentecost offering could be an opportunity to call your community to a greater awareness and hunger for Holy Spirit-empowered renewal. Maybe marking Pentecost in this way could inspire imagination about what everyday people on mission can do in the power of the Holy Spirit — the very kind of people we are seeing leading movements of disciple-making at World Partners.
