come alongside the next generation of church planters
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations…”
— Matthew 28:19Jesus’ words continue to shape our mission, fueling our commitment to church planting and multiplication. As we look ahead, we envision more people becoming disciples of Jesus and more churches reaching their communities with the gospel.
The Harvest Offering helps equip more workers each year. Through training and coaching, we help church planters turn their calling into action and prepare churches to multiply disciples.

Your Giving at Work
In 2026, the Church Multiplication Training Collective has already trained more than 50 people who will participate in the process of church planting. Each team is progressing through the 12-month process. Thanks to generous churches and individuals like you, the Missionary Church covered much of the training costs for those called to plant churches.
We’re praying for even more workers in 2027. We must equip regional leaders, encourage pastors, and inspire a vision for multiplication within our existing churches. Together, we can come alongside the next generation of church planters, providing the training, prayer, and support they need to build healthy, disciple-making churches.
The CHURCH Multiplication Training collective
The CMTC offers a proven, systematic approach to equipping church planting teams through training, coaching, and funding for church planters, team members, and ministry leaders. It’s a comprehensive system for launching growing, reproducing churches.
Our proven process — Assessment → Bootcamp → Coaching → Cohort → Reproduction — equips planters and regional leaders to multiply disciples and churches that last. CMTC builds scalable systems that move vision into action and calling into capacity!
Because of You…
Your prayer and financial support helped Tony and Katie Spore receive practical assistance and find people who are willing to walk alongside as they prepare to launch Fillmore Missionary Church.
“We believe God is opening a door to plant a church that is deeply rooted in Scripture, shaped by authentic relationships, and committed to serving the city with the love of Christ. At the center of this vision is a return to the Word of God, not simply hearing Scripture but engaging it deeply in the context of community.”
THE IMPACT OF A PARENT CHURCH
In addition to church planters, parent churches play a vital role in multiplication. A sending church provides valuable experience, relationship, prayer, and financial support.
Church planting happens when a new church is launched. Church multiplication happens when a “parent church” sends out a new church planting team that will one day become a parent church itself!
This is multiplication at its best, when both the new church and its parent church grow stronger as they work together to advance the Kingdom.
Reach the Harvest together
Your generosity can help church planters like Tony and Katie.
“One reason we joined the Missionary Church is that the call to love like Jesus and live like missionaries already resonated deeply with us. We believe that’s who we’re called to be. And we don't want Fillmore Missionary Church to be just Tony and Katie’s project. We want it to be something our family of churches plants together.”
the harvest is now!
The time is ripe for new growth and fresh strategies to plant churches, develop micro churches, resource disciple-making movements, and follow God wherever He leads in the years ahead. Your support helps fund CMTC’s bootcamp (planter, parent church, and coach training) as well as builds the Barnabas Grant, which covers bootcamp costs for those who qualify. CMTC equips leaders to multiply disciples, leaders, and churches—not just start something new.
You are essential to making this movement a reality…
