Long Term Disability
Most of us don’t think about Long Term Disability (LTD) until we need it. A number of examples of pastors in the Missionary Church make it very clear that not having an LTD plan in place is very difficult for the pastor (and family) if for some reason a pastor is disabled and unable to work.
