Meet the Team

  • “So much about church multiplication is above our abilities, outside of our responsibilities, and beyond our understanding or expertise. This training assumes that, in the end, church planting is not “on us”. We will look back on the plans that we made and followed, yet still not know how the results came to be. Jesus’ teaching in Mark’s record affirms that our role is only to do our part, plant the seed, let God do His work, and be ready to harvest. Everything is ultimately in the hands of the Lord of the Harvest. He will work through us in spite of our limitations, through imperfect people, and with resources that we don’t currently have in our hand. This training will help us discern what our responsibilities are, how to do them well, and to help others do the same. We are only workers being sent out by the Harvest’s Lord. We are only seed scatterers and harvesters. God asks us to trust Him with every other part of the planting-to-harvest process. I pray that whatever you have in your hands today, you will simply offer to God, trusting that He will multiply it as His next harvest yield.”
