Bill Armstrong

Rev. Bill Armstrong, 73, passed away on July 28, 2020. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on April 28, 1947, the son of the late Rev. Frank and Jeannette Armstrong.

Bill attended Fort Wayne Bible College. He served as part-time youth pastor at West Berne Missionary Church, where he met his wife of 52 years, Ronnette Luginbill.Bill served as associate pastor and youth pastor at Harvester Avenue Missionary Church and Northside Missionary Church in Ft. Wayne, IN; New Haven Missionary Church, New Haven, IN; and Rona Missionary in Fairborn, OH. He served in pastoral ministry for over 50 years, having served as the Central District of the Missionary Church Youth Director; Church Planting Pastor of Eastlake Community Church in San Diego, CA; Operational Director and later Director of the Church Multiplication Training Center; Associate Pastor of First Missionary Church, Ft. Wayne, IN; and Founder/Director of Missional Strategies Group, Inc.Bill’s life and ministry impacted thousands of people who came to faith and began their journey as Christ followers and disciple multipliers.
