PrayFirst! | The new prayer ministry of the Missionary Church

PRAYFIRST! is the prayer ministry of the Missionary Church. We chose the name because it speaks of the priority of prayer and a call to action. Our desire is to see a foundation of prayer for the denomination and for each local church.

This summer, the Missionary Church will meet in Fort Wayne for our biennial conference. There will be great keynote speakers as well as helpful workshops and of course some time to conduct business.

We believe that God wants to work mightily through the Missionary Church. We believe He wants to work in and through our national conference. In order to set the table for what He might want to do, we are working on creating a 24/7 week of prayer leading up to the conference.

This would be a virtual prayer meeting. Churches or individuals desiring to participate would sign-up for an hour time slot on the MCUSA web site. Ideally, we would like to see at least four people per hour in the virtual prayer room. Those who sign up will be given instructions on how to call into the prayer room and provided with prayer guides so that you can pray for the conference and specific needs.

Will your church be one of the 168 that will commit to pray for one hour during the week leading up to conference. It will be great to have men, women and young people from across the nation and around the world uniting in prayer for God to bless our conference and to accomplish His will during our time together.

It is obviously too soon to begin sign-ups but we ask that you keep watching for information that comes from PRAYFIRST!
